Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy governs the cancellation of orders and the conditions under which refunds are issued for purchases made on Spicywinds.com.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 12 hours of placing your order.

Post-Dispatch

No cancellations are accepted after dispatch.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Please refer to the Returns Policy (Section 2) for options regarding delivered items.

2. Returns Policy

Please note the strict conditions regarding the eligibility of returned items:

  • Opened or used items cannot be returned.
  • Returns are accepted only for items that:
    • Are verified as damaged (see Section 3.1), or
    • Were incorrectly shipped.

The item must be in its original, sealed condition to be eligible for any return consideration (excluding verified transit damage).

3. Refunds

Refunds are provided only for:

  • Orders that are cancelled within the allowed time, or
  • Items that are verified as damaged upon delivery.

3.1 Damage Verification

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, you must:

  1. Report the damaged package within 24 hours of delivery (as stated in our Shipping Policy).
  2. Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to both:
    • The packaging, and
    • The product itself.

Once the damage is verified by our team, your order will be eligible for a refund or replacement.

3.2 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of confirmation.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the credit to your account.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund amount, except in cases where:

  • The return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect product shipped), or
  • The product is verified as damaged during delivery.
